Installation Foreman. The Installation Foreman is accountable for interpreting residential and commercial landscape and hardscape design plans and leading a 3–4-person crew in the installation of these projects. This includes comprehensive management of the crew, equipment, materials, tools, tasks, and paperwork. The Foreman ensures job site safety and a high quality of landscape installation work, developing and maintaining strong relationships with their crew, landscape designers and clients. This position reports to the owner.

Landscape Maintenance Manager. The Landscape Maintenance Manager is accountable for leading the teams providing ongoing care and maintenance for a broad range of commercial and residential clients. This includes the comprehensive management of multiple crews, tasks, tools, time and paperwork. The Manager ensures a high quality of landscape maintenance service, developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This position reports to the owner.

Installation Crew Member. The Installation Crew Member works as a member of a 3-4 person crew at the direction of the Foreman in completing landscape design installations. Installation Crew Members possess some previous experience with the equipment and techniques associated with landscape construction and installation. This position reports to the Foreman.

Maintenance Crew Member (Seasonal) The Maintenance Crew Member is a seasonal position working as a member of a 2–3-person crew maintaining the properties of residential and commercial customers. The Maintenance Crew Member is an entry level position for those looking to gain experience performing all aspects of lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, planting, weeding, edging, pruning, deadheading, watering, and mulching. This position reports to the crew leader.

Landscape Designer/Sales The Landscape Designer/Sales is accountable for all aspects of landscape design, sales, and estimating, for a broad range of commercial and residential landscape clients. We are a boutique style design/build and maintenance firm with high attention to detail and customer service. So, this role also includes a high degree of hands-on project installation oversight and management to include ordering materials, scheduling third party vendors, and some directing and oversight of the installation foreman and crew. The Landscape Designer/Sales ensures a high quality of landscape design work, developing and maintaining lasting relationships with clients. This position reports to the owner.
